Dr. Khunteyev has been teaching art in universities of Europe and schools of USA for over thirty years. She received her Master of Fine Art from Tashkent State Institute of Theater and Art (Uzbekistan) and her Ph. D. from Tbilisi State University (Georgia). She is a member of the Union of Designers (Russia), and Society of Children Book Writers and Illustrators (USA).
Dr. Khunteyev received numerous awards and recognitions for been one of the top fine arts educators and professional artists. Her teaching experience includes classic style art, book illustrations, portraiture, fashion and graphic design.

Igor Khunteyev has over twenty years experience in teaching traditional, classic style art. He received his Master of Fine Art from Tashkent State Institute of Theater and Art (Uzbekistan). After moving to USA, he received the degree of AAA in Multimedia Production and worked as an art director of interactive designs for corporations such as Ernst & Young, and advertising agencies like Tracy Locke.
Mr. Khunteyev is a member of the Association of Graphic Designers, USA. His teaching experience includes classic style art, book illustrations, portraiture, and interactive graphic design.
Chief Operating Officer
Following completion of her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Texas Tech University, Charna worked for corporations like Fossil and BMW before she returned to Sofia Art Academy, where she is instrumental in marketing, communications and overall company's development. Her talent, experience, organizational and communicational skills making tremendous success of the academy.
Charna came on board in 2008. Since then we have grown from a small studio, into two retail branches (Dallas, TX and Miami, FL).
Michael Chausovsky graduated from Kursk State Teachers College in Russia double majoring in “Teaching drawings” and “Descriptive geometry”. For over 18 years he worked as industrial designer in Kiev State Research Industrial Design Institute where he also taught drawing and painting.
Michael received several Certificates of Evidence of an industrial design. As a painter and illustrator he participated in a major art exhibits in Kiev, Ukraine and abroad. Michael also illustrated many technical and scientific publications. Since he and his family emigrated to US in 1989 he worked as a graphic designer and also participated in numerous individual and collective art exhibits as a painter.
