Dr. Khunteyev has been teaching art in universities of Europe and schools of USA for over thirty years. She received her Master of Fine Art from Tashkent State Institute of Theater and Art (Uzbekistan) and her Ph. D. from Tbilisi State University (Georgia). She is a member of the Union of Designers (Russia), and Society of Children Book Writers and Illustrators (USA).

Dr. Khunteyev received numerous awards and recognitions for been one of the top fine arts educators and professional artists. Her teaching experience includes classic style art, book illustrations, portraiture, fashion and graphic design.

Nina Abramov graduated from I.I.Fedorov Polygraphic Institute in Ukraine majoring in “Book Illustration and Printed Matter Design”. For many years she worked in the Publishing House “Naukova Dumka” managed by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and hold the position of Senior Art Editor.

She was involved in the illustration and art design of scientific books and journals in different fields of knowledge. In particular, she illustrated well-known in Ukraine periodic issues of “Dictionaries of Ukraine” and “Stories of Ukrainian Culture”.

Jason Delezen is an alumna of Sofia Art Academy.  After graduating Texas A&M in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Forestry, he began attending Sofia Art Academy in 2007.  He continued studying the academic style of art over the next four years while traveling in Europe, and earning a Bachelor’s Degree of Art from the University of North Texas.  In 2011, Jason presented his research paper on the British influence of Mughal architecture to the Southwest Conference on Asian Studies.  Jason enjoys working with both children, teenagers, and adults.

Jamie Pickerell, a Sofia Art Academy alumna, graduated
summa cum laude with a Studio Art degree from the University
of Texas at Austin.
After graduating she spent several years working for Beaux Arts Gallery, specializing in coloring and restoring antique prints and works on paper. She also fulfilled all of the gallery's graphic design needs. Aside from creating and selling her own artwork, Jamie works frequently as a commissioned artist.
